In this kitchen the clients wanted to have the same type of floor that runs from the kitchen and into the dining room.
First we needed to fix the floor before installing the underlay.
To save costs, we tried our best to install the underlay without cutting it too much.
Then we inserted screws spaced every 6 inches.
The client also wanted to have a dishwasher under the counter.
Since there were two tubs we needed a new countertop.
The client did not wish to change the cupboards so we installed a double sink that fit in one corner.
Then we were able to place the dishwasher and bring in the water line and electrical.
Now we put the cement on each screw and crack that was on the underlay.
The floor was then cleaned a few times to removed any type of dust.
The tiles that were used already had the glue on the backing.
This process is easy but does need a lot of attention.
Then the island was put back into its original position.
